Italy allocates €11M to earthquake victims in Turkiye and Syria

The Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers has decided to allocate 11 million euros to help those affected by the devastating earthquakes in Turkiye and Syria, said the document published on the results of the meeting, Report informs.
The Council of Ministers decided to declare a state of emergency for operations abroad for six months due to the earthquakes in Turkiye and Syria.
The document's text reads: 'Funds of 11 million euros have been allocated for emergency assistance and support to the population.'
