ISW: Ukrainian forces liberated another settlement

Ukrainian forces freed the settlement of Verbivka from occupation, the US Institute for the Study of War said, Report informs.

On September 6, Ukrainian forces launched a counterattack in the Kharkiv region.

The Russian Armed Forces retreated to the left bank of the Severskyi Donets and Serednya Balakliika rivers, to the north. Many Russian sources acknowledged Ukraine's victories in Verbivka.

According to ISW, geolocation footage confirms the presence of Ukrainian army infantry in the east of Verbivka.
