Iranian MFA: Tehran will resist Washington's sanctions pressure

US sanctions against Iran are aimed at undermining relations between developing countries, Tehran will resist Washington's economic pressure, the Spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Republic, Esmail Baghaei, said, Report informs via Russian media.
"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemns the new US sanctions against individuals and legal entities of Iran and a number of other states under the pretext of their cooperation with Iran in various economic spheres," Baghaei said.
He noted that the recent restrictive measures by the US indicate Washington's desire "to undermine friendly and legitimate relations between developing countries through economic terrorism."
