Indian PM, Ukraine’s president to hold talks at G7 summit

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Japan. This will be the first personal communication between them since the outbreak of hostilities in Russia in Ukraine, Report informs referring to the Indian TV channel Wion.
During the meeting, they will discuss the situation in Ukraine and ways of further cooperation.
“Negotiations are likely to focus on finding diplomatic solutions to reduce tensions and restore stability in the region,” the report noted.
