The White House has announced that India will host the next summit of the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QUAD) in 2025. The QUAD, comprising Australia, India, the United States, and Japan, is a strategic forum aimed at ensuring stability and security in the Indo-Pacific region.
According to Report, the decision was revealed in a joint statement released by the White House following the conclusion of the recent QUAD summit held in Wilmington, Delaware. The statement also mentioned that the next meeting of foreign ministers will take place in the United States in 2025, preceding the summit in India.
In addition to the summit, the QUAD nations plan to organize meetings of trade and industry ministers and leaders of financial institutions to discuss investments in the Indo-Pacific region.
