India begins evacuating citizens from Ukraine

A special flight left for Kyiv on Tuesday morning to evacuate Indian nationals stranded amid an escalating crisis between Russia and Ukraine, Report informs, citing foreign media.
Air India's Dreamliner B-787 aircraft with a capacity of over 200 seats has been deployed.
Air India scheduled the evacuation flights for February 22, February 24 and February 26. Delhi said additional flights may be arranged if necessity arises.
On the night of February 22, the US and Australian authorities instructed their diplomats to leave Ukraine for security reasons. US diplomats will stay in Poland and come to Lviv for work.
