Some 15 rockets were fired from Lebanon at northern Israel a short while ago, the IDF says after rocket sirens were activated in Acre and surrounding communities, Report informs referring to The Times of Israel.
Some of the rockets were intercepted, it says, while a number of them fell inside Israel.
There are no immediate reports of injuries or damage as a result of the rocket fire.
The IDF adds that the Israeli Air Force intercepted an unmanned aerial vehicle off the coast overnight. As per the IDF’s protocols, no sirens were sounded during the incident.
