Borrel says EU not at war with Russia, but supports Ukraine

The European Union is not at war with Russia but currently supports Ukraine, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrel said, Report informs.
Sanctions are needed, but it is not a policy, it is a reaction to the situation, Borrel said, adding that a diplomatic solution to arising problems is needed.
Borrel also said it was irresponsible to talk about nuclear war.
According to him, creating a European army is not on the agenda now.
