High-ranking generals resign in Poland

The Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army, General Rajmund Andrzejczak, and the operational commander of the country's armed forces, General Tomasz Piotrowski, submitted their resignations.
The reasons for their decision are not specified, said the press secretary of the General Staff of the Polish Army, Joanna Klejszmit, Report informs via the Polish Press Agency (PAP).
She emphasized that Andrzejczak, like any soldier, has the right to leave his post without giving reasons.
Jacek Goryszewski, a spokesman for the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces, also told PAP that Piotrowski had resigned.
