Militants from the armed wing of the Hezbollah party launched a missile attack on the air operations control and electronic warfare center, which is located at the Meron Air Force Base in northern Israel, Report informs via TASS.
"This operation was carried out in support of the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip and in response to the aggressive attack on the city of Baalbek in eastern Lebanon," Hezbollah said on Telegram.
Earlier, Hezbollah units fired rockets at Israeli border posts.
On February 26, the Israeli Air Force attacked the suburb of Tell Safiyah, west of Baalbek, where a Hezbollah training camp is located, and another attack hit an ammunition depot in the village of Budaya. According to Al Hadath TV channel, three militants were killed and two more were injured.
