Germany gives Moldova 19 armored fighting vehicles

Germany gave Moldova 19 Piranha armored fighting vehicles, Moldovan Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatîi said, Report informs.
According to the minister, the armored vehicles will be used to prepare for peacekeeping missions: "We will install machine guns on the 19 armored vehicles we have acquired."
The minister said that Germany donated vehicles to Moldova.
He noted that the entire batch of the vehicles will be delivered to Moldova by mid-2023.
