"Germany can completely end its dependence on Russian oil by the end of the year," Chancellor Olaf Scholz said, Report informs, referring to TASS.
"We are committed to gradually avoiding Russia's energy resources," he added.
The Chancellor said that Germany will not accept the 'dictated peace' in Ukraine.
