German FM: Sanctions against Russia are not effective

Sanctions against Russia are not effective, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said, Report informs.

She said that this war cannot be stopped by the rational decisions of civilian governments: "Economic sanctions must have an economic effect. But this is not so. I am disappointed by this."
