Garibashvili informs Charles Michel about reforms carried out in Georgia

The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Garibashvili, met with the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, on the margins of the 2023 UN Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP 28) held in Dubai, Report informs.
The PM informed the President of the European Council about the reforms carried out in the country in order to obtain candidate status for EU membership. He noted that Georgia is waiting for a positive decision from the European Council regarding the granting of candidate status to the country after the recommendation of the European Commission.
