French president confirms his January visit to India

President of France Emmanuel Macron has confirmed that he will visit India in late January, Report informs, citing his post on the social network X.

Macron thanked Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the invitation.

"Thank you for your invitation, my dear friend Narendra Modi, India, on your Republic Day, I'll be here to celebrate with you!" he said.
