Fouga Magister aircraft plunges into water during aerial display in France

A two-seater Fouga Magister aircraft crashed into the sea during an aerial show.

According to Report, which cites BFM TV, that the incident occurred at approximately 5:00 PM local time in the commune of Le Lavandou.

The plane was participating in the airshow and plummeted into the water while performing aerial maneuvers. The cause of the crash and the fate of the pilot remain unknown at this time.

Rescue operations are currently underway at the crash site in Le Lavandou.
