Fence on Lithuania-Belarus border ready

Construction of the fence on the border between Lithuania and Belarus has been completed, according to Epso-G, the contractor selected for this project, Report informs referring to TASS.
"At the end of last week, the last segments of the so-called physical barrier were installed at the border, the entire length of which is 502 km," said Antanas Bubnelis, a spokesman for the communications company.
He said that the main work has been completed, but Epso-G employees are still at the border. "Technical supervision is being carried out, the observed shortcomings are being eliminated, roads are being restored," Bubnelis explained.
