Foreign Ministers of 27 EU countries will discuss a unified approach to the issuance of visas for Russian citizens at an informal meeting in Prague on August 30, Deputy Chief Spokesperson and Director for Political Communication for the European Commission (EC) Dana Spinant said at a press conference in Brussels, Report informs via TASS.
