EU puts five more Iranians on sanctions list

The European Union has included five Iranian officials, military and businessmen in the sanctions list against Russia, Report informs with reference to the decision of the European Council.

"Iran is providing military assistance to Russia. In view of the gravity of the situation, the EU Council considered that five individuals associated with the making and supply of drones to Russia should be included in the black list of individuals and entities responsible for undermining the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine," the document says.

The sanctions list includes military and civilian members of the boards of directors of Paravar Pars and Qods Aviation Industries, specializing in drone production.
