EU exploring possibility of extending military assistance to Moldova

The European Union is considering the possibility of providing additional military assistance to Moldova, European Council President Charles Michel told a press conference as part of his visit to Chisinau.
Report informs, citing TASS, that, according to Michel, the EU is now discussing additional military capabilities can be provided to Moldova.
He said it is very important to prevent escalation in Moldova and Transnistria.
According to Michel, within the framework of military assistance to Moldova, the EU has already taken decisions on "providing logistical and cybersecurity capabilities."
