EU Council President calls on Russian troops to lay down arms

President of the European Council Charles Michel has addressed the Russian military at a plenary session of the European Parliament, Report informs.
He called on the Russian soldiers to lay down arms if they did not want to be involved in the death of their Ukrainian brothers and sisters.
