Ericsson to close its representative office in Russia

The Swedish telecom equipment manufacturer Ericsson will close its representative office in the Russian Federation by the end of 2022 and thus, make all its employees redundant there, Report informs via Kommersant.
Ericsson said that "as it fulfills its obligations to customers" in the coming months, the company will gradually curtail its activities in the Russian Federation, promising "financial and social" support to employees.
