Dmitry Polyansky: Russia ready to resolve Ukrainian crisis through diplomacy

Russia is ready for a diplomatic solution to the Ukrainian crisis, said Russian First Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyansky, Report informs.
He said that Russia has never refused negotiations to resolve the conflict in Ukraine: "We are talking about ensuring the diplomatic implementation of Russia's goals and objectives within the framework of a special military operation."
Polyansky also said that claims that Russia is asking the West to start negotiations on Ukraine are untrue.
