Dmitry Peskov: We don't know how ready Ukraine is for negotiations

"There are issues to be discussed with Ukraine, but we do not know how ready official Kyiv is," Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Russia 24, Report informs.
According to Peskov, relations between Moscow and Kyiv deteriorated after the annexation of Crimea in 2014.
"We have problems in our bilateral relations with Ukraine; our ties are completely cut off," he added.
