Delegation of Chinese army holds strategic consultations in UK, France

A delegation from the People's Liberation Army of China (PLA) visited the UK and France to participate in strategic consultations, the Defense Ministry of the People's Republic of China said on Saturday, Report informs via TASS.
As specified on the page of the Chinese department in the WeChat social network, the trip lasted from June 24 to July 1. The main purpose of the visits of the PLA representatives to the UK and France was to discuss the development of bilateral relations in the defense sphere.
Besides, during the trip, "a profound exchange of views on international and regional issues" took place. These visits, as noted, "strengthened mutual understanding and trust."
