Deadly blast rocks southern Afghanistan, three children killed

A deadly explosion killed or wounded at least 23 civilians including three children in Spin Boldak district of Kandahar, Report informs citing the Khaama Press.
The local security officials said an Improvised Explosive Device went off in Spin Boladak earlier.
No group has claimed responsibility for the explosion so far.
