NATO is directly responsible for the crisis in Ukraine, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Wang Wenbin, Report informs.
The spokesperson noted that the Alliance should think about it and stop blaming others: "NATO should take effective practical steps to resolve the crisis politically."
