China to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine

The Red Cross Society of China will provide Ukraine with humanitarian aid worth 5 million yuan (about $787,000), Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian said at a briefing on March 9, Report informs via TASS.
“At the request of Ukraine, the Chinese Red Cross Society will provide a batch of humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian Red Cross Society worth 5 million yuan. It will include food, necessities and other things,” Zhao Lijian said.
