China to host global security forum

The Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China will hold an international forum on global security in the city of Lianyungang (Jiangsu Province) in September, spokesperson for the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China Liu Guozhong said at a briefing, Report informs referring to TASS.
“China will hold the Lianyungang Forum on Global Security in September this year. Heads of law enforcement agencies from dozens of countries around the world will be invited to the meeting, and many legal issues are planned to be discussed,” he noted.
He emphasized that China will continue to work to transform the forum in Lianyungang into the largest international platform for discussing global security issues.
