Russia’s indiscriminate attacks on Ukrainian cities are war crimes, President of the European Council Charles Michel said on Twitter, according to Report.
"This terror tactic will not deter Ukraine or its partners. The EU and it’s member states stand by Ukraine and all Ukrainians. And will further speed up the provision of military equipment, including air defence," he tweeted.
