Borrel says Russia should pay for restoration of Ukraine 

"Russia must pay for the restoration of Ukraine," the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrel, said at a forum in Spain, Report informs.

"The most important thing is to think about how to restore Ukraine, and without a doubt, Russia should pay for it," Borrell stressed.

According to him, it will be very difficult to sit down at the negotiating table with the Russian authorities after the end of the war in Ukraine.

The high representative added that it is necessary to rebuild the security structure in Europe, but it needs to put an end to the war.
