Blinken, Kuleba hold talks

US Secretary General Antony Blinken and Ukraine Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba have held talks, Report informs, citing Kuleba's Twitter page.

"I spoke to Secretary Blinken who informed me on his discussions at G20. I elaborated on our further steps to create a Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine: our next big undertaking is to ensure accountability for Russia’s leadership. Coordinated efforts are key," he tweeted.
