Blast at mosque in eastern Afghanistan kills 3 people, injures 18

At least three people were killed and 18 were injured in an explosion at a mosque in the Srinagar region of Afghanistan's Nangarhar province, located in the east of the country, Report informs that this was reported by the local TV channel Afghanistan International, citing sources in the region.
The incident occurred in the village of Terallai at 13:30 local time in presence of a large crowd of people during Friday prayers. According to preliminary data, the suicide bomber detonated an explosive device while being among a crowd of mosque-goers. Among the dead are two children, as well as the imam of the mosque.
Meanwhile, earlier the Etilaat Roz newspaper reported that the death toll and wounded could be several dozen.
