US President Joe Biden has given instructions to provide another package of military aid to Ukraine worth $375 million, the White House said in a statement, Report informs referring to TASS.
A memorandum signed by Biden delegates to delegate to Secretary of State Antony Blinken "the authority <…> to direct the drawdown of up to $375 million in defense articles and services of the Department of Defense, and military education and training, to provide assistance to Ukraine."
Blinken said in a statement that the package will include cluster munitions, rounds for HIMARS multiple rocket launchers as well as Javelin and TOW missiles.
"It includes additional munitions and support for HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System); 155mm and 105mm artillery ammunition; cluster munitions; armored, Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) and light tactical vehicles; patrol boats; small arms; and anti-armor capabilities, including, Javelin missiles, TOW (Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wire-guided) missiles, and AT-4 (Anti-Tank) rockets; as well as spare parts, ancillary equipment, services, training, and transportation," the statement says.
