Belarus, Russia holding consultations on draft Union State Security Concept

The preparation of the draft Security Concept of the Union State is discussed at consultations between the apparatus of the Security Councils of Belarus and the Russian Federation in Moscow on October 30-31, Report informs referring to BelTA.

“The agenda includes joint work on the preparation of the draft Security Concept of the Union State, as well as current issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of information security,” the message says.

During the consultations, the parties emphasized the importance of working together to counter modern challenges and threats “against the backdrop of further aggravation of the military-political situation around Belarus and Russia.”
