At least nine people were killed and one remains missing after two passenger boats capsized in the Liuchong River in Qianxi City, a tourist attraction in southwest China's Guizhou Province, at around 4:40 p.m. local time on Sunday, according to local authorities, Report informs via CGTN.
A total of 70 people have been hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Efforts to locate and rescue the missing passenger are underway, with 83 people having already been found and rescued.
