At least 8 killed in explosion at Indian chemical plant

At least eight people died on Saturday in India's north as a result of an explosion that sparked the fire at a chemical plant.

Report informs, citing TASS, that, according to NDTV, the incident occurred in Uttar Pradesh.

Reports say more people are feared to be inside the burning building.

According to Hindustan Times, at least 20 people were injured. Rescuers and firefighters are working on the spot.
