As-Sudani: Baghdad ready to help Tehran deal with consequences of Israeli strikes

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed al-Sudani stated in a telephone conversation with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian that Iraq is ready to help Iran deal with the consequences of Israeli strikes on its territory, Report informs, citing the Iraqi Prime Minister's press service.
"Prime Minister al-Sudani expressed Iraq's readiness to provide all necessary assistance to address the consequences of aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran within the spirit of solidarity that unites Islamic countries," the message says.
Al-Sudani also assured the Iranian side that "the Iraqi government is acting in different directions to prevent violations of its airspace by the Zionist entity."
