The level of air pollutants in Kyiv almost five times exceeds the norm. In some areas of the capital, there is a smell of burning, according to the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Kyiv City State Administration, Report informs referring to UNIAN.
The level of air pollution in Kyiv can be dangerous for people who have problems with the respiratory system. In this regard, it is not recommended to open windows or spend a lot of time outdoors.
It was earlier reported that on the morning of March 19, Kyiv ranked third in the world in terms of air pollution.
