Afghanistan's Central Bank greenlights withdrawal of $400 a week from personal accounts

Afghanistan's central bank Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) has announced that the USD account holders could withdraw $400 in a week and $1200 dollars in a month.

The commercial banks could not transfer money from personal accounts to the accounts of companies without document and satisfactory reason, DAB added.

From now on, the customers who deposit money as cash have full permission to withdraw and transfer money, Afghanistan Bank added.

Earlier, the central bank had declared that the USD account holders could only withdraw $200 dollars in a week.
