Afghan militants attack bus carrying students, victims reported

A student and a driver were killed and six more were wounded in a gunmen attack on a bus carrying lecturers and students from Baghlan University in the city of Pul-e-Khumri in Afghanistan on March 16 morning, Report informs referring to Tolo News.
Police said the incident happened on the outskirts of the city of Pul-e-Khumri, the center of Baghlan when the lecturers and the students were heading to Baghlan University.
“The bus was carrying about 25 lecturers and students,” sources said.
Baghlan police blamed the Taliban for the attack but the group has not yet commented.
Police have not yet commented on the casualties.
Taliban denied involvement in the attack.
