Negotiations involving political advisers to the leaders of the Normandy Format countries (Germany, France, Russia, Ukraine) has kicked off in Berlin, Report informs citing TASS.
Normandy Format was created to resolve the situation in Ukraine. Meetings in the Normandy Format are held at the level of representatives of the Foreign Ministry, foreign ministers or heads of state and government. The creation of the group took place in June 2014 in Normandy during the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the landing of the allies in the anti-Hitler coalition.
