41 people die in Austria after vaccination by Pfizer & BioNTech

The Austrian supervisory service has received information about 41 deaths of people that occurred after vaccination against coronavirus using the Pfizer-BioNTech jab, but the connection with the drug hasn’t been established, Report informs, referring to the Federal Office for Safety in Health Care for the period from Dec. 27, 2020, to Feb. 26, 2021.

"The Federal Office for Safety in Health Care has been notified of 41 deaths close to the time of the COVID vaccination (all by Pfizer-BioNTech jabs)," the report said.

According to the document, ‘in three patients, as a result of the autopsy report, a connection with the vaccine was excluded.’

"Eleven people were vaccinated during the incubation period of the COVID disease, during which the patients died. Another 19 people previously had serious illnesses, presumably causing death. The other eight cases are still being clarified or no additional information has been obtained. So far, there are no facts of these deaths’ connection with the vaccination, the investigation continues," the report noted.
