A magnitude 4.1 earthquake shook the region between France and Germany, Report mentions, referring to RT.
According to the European Mediterranean Seismological Center, the epicenter was recorded at a depth of 3 km, 59 km southwest of Karlsruhe, Germany.
Earlier, seismologists reported a magnitude 4.5 quake in Montenegro.
