Charges issued for 3 suspects in French school attack

Investigators have issued charges to three suspects in the French school attack, including the brother and cousin of the teacher's killer, according to the press service of the National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor's Office, Report informs referring to TASS.

According to the communiqué, the school attacker, Mohammed Mogushkov, was accused of “murder in connection with terrorist activities,” “attempted murder in connection with terrorist activities,” as well as “participation in a terrorist community with the aim of preparing an attack.” His 16-year-old younger brother is accused of aiding and abetting murder and attempted murder in connection with terrorist activities, as well as participation in a terrorist community. Both were taken into custody.

The third person involved in the case is the 15-year-old cousin of the Mogushkovs. He was charged with “willful failure to interfere with the commission of a crime or assault on personal integrity.” “The investigating judge chose a preliminary judicial and educational measure in the form of detention,” the communiqué reads.
