15 reported dead as fire hits residential area in Philippines

Fifteen people were reportedly killed after a fire broke out in an establishment located in a residential area in Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City, the Philippines, early Thursday morning, Report informs via GMA News.
Citing BFP-National Capital Region director Fire Chief Superintendent Nahum Taroza, Super Radyo dzBB's Allan Gatus reported on Dobol B TV that there were three survivors from the incident.
The fatalities were still being identified by personnel of the Philippine National Police’s (PNP) Scene of Crime Operations (SOCO) division, the report said.
The fire was declared under control at 6:28 a.m. and “fire out” by 8:04 a.m.
