In Japan, the storm killed 13 people and canceled 247 flights, Report states, referring to CNN Turk.
Along with heavy snowfall in the country, the wind speed reached 130 km per hour. There was a power outage in more than 100,000 homes.
Cold weather and blizzards paralyzed life in Japan's Niigata and Akita prefectures.
