Kazakh ambassador condemns attack on Barda

Kazakh Ambassador to Azerbaijan Serzhan Abdukarimov has condemned the Armenian army's attack on the city of Barda.

Report informs, commenting on today's tragic events, the diplomat said: "I greeted with great sadness news about the death of civilians in the Barda region of Azerbaijan resulted from rocket strikes. Such attacks are a gross violation of international humanitarian law and existing ceasefire agreements."
