Embassy comments on proposal to hold Azerbaijan-Armenia talks in Tbilisi

Eldar Bayramov, Counselor of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Georgia, said, commenting on Georgia's proposal for conflict parties to hold talks in Tbilisi, the local Bureau of Report informs.

According to him, Azerbaijan is ready for talks regardless of the location: "The sides should not postpone the negotiation process. However, due to Armenia's military provocations, negotiations became impossible, and the status quo changed. The diplomat noted that Tbilisi called on the OSCE Minsk Group to mobilize its efforts immediately after the escalation of the situation.
