"Friendship between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will bring peace and tranquility to the Caucasus."
According to the Western Bureau of Report, Turkish Ombudsman Şeref Malkoç said during his visit to Ganja.
"I hope that this just struggle of Azerbaijan will result in victory, the occupation, deaths will end, and the IDPs will return to their lands. We want this to happen peacefully. Otherwise, Azerbaijan is right to liberate its occupied territories by war, and the world must support it" – Ombudsman stressed.
During his visit to Ganja, Malkoç also met with the relatives of those killed after the Armenian rocket fire.
